After-sales service is divided into: "replacement for wrong size" and "replacement for damage".

Replacement for wrong size:
    If it is the wrong size or unwanted, please contact us and request a return within 7 days from the date you received the item in unused condition. If the item has been in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Upon receipt of the item in original condition and packaging with all components and accessories, we will refund the amount, or, alternatively, you can choose to replace. *But it should be noted that you need to pay the shipping cost incurre.
      Replacement for damage:

        Validity period: You can enjoy it within one year from the date of purchase. If the glasses are damaged in the end of the year, you can replace them with a new pair of glasses for free. You only need to pay the shipping cost.

        Information required: packing box, invoice or transaction voucher, damaged product.
