After-sales service is divided into: "replacement for wrong size" and "replacement for damage".

  1. Validity period: You can enjoy it within one year from the date of purchase.
  2. Information required: packing box, invoice or transaction voucher, damaged or wrong size product.
  3. Expenses required: When you buy glasses that are not suitable for the size, or if the glasses are damaged in the end of the year, you can replace them with a new pair of glasses for free. You only need to pay the shipping cost, and the replacement product is provided free of charge.
